brevitas is a community of invited poets who email one or two original poems (14 lines max) to the group on the 1st  and 15th of each month. Jim Pignetti and Steve Zeitlin launched brevitas 11 years ago with a small coterie of poet friends. The group has now evolved into a powerful incubator of poetry.
