STEVE DALACHINSKY
Steve Dalachinsky was born in Brooklyn. He is active in the poetry, music, art and music scene. His books include A Superintendent’s Eyes (Hozomeen Press 2000), his PEN Award Winning book The Final Nite & Other Poems: Complete Notes From A Charles Gayle Notebook 1987-2006 (Ugly Duckling Presse, 2006) and Logos and Language, co-authored with pianist Matthew Shipp (RogueArt 2008) and Reaching Into The Unknown, a collaboration with French photographer Jacques Bisceglia (RogueArt 2009)
BRUCE WEBER
Bruce Weber is the author of five published books of poetry, including the recent The Break-up of My First Marriage (Rogue Scholars Press, 2009). By day, Bruce is Senior Curator at the National Academy Museum, and splits his time between his homes in New York City and Saugerties, New York.

April Mignon Jones, Grandmother of four, has hosted Stains, Sams Soul Food Restaurant Open Mic, Rythymnthebronx Television show various venues in NYC and has featured at Starks, Nightingales, Otto’s Shrunken Head, Green Pavilion and The Bar East and many others. She has a Bachelors Degree in the Arts, She Published A Faa Real Experience in 2008. She is also a Playwright and Director presently Hosting a blogtalkradio show on Wednesdays at 6:00pm. and Hosting Events with the Brownsville Civic Association in Brownsville working on a new play to be performed soon.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR THE BROWNSTONE POETS 2011 ANTHOLOGY: All the featured poets during 2010 will be eligible as well as all the poets who support the Brownstone Poets readings by coming at least 4 times to either the Ft. Greene or Brooklyn Heights reading or both during 2010. One poem only from all the featured poets during 2010 and from the poets who come to the readings at least 4 times during 2010. The poem must be emailed as either as a word document attachment or within the body of the email. You can submit any previous published poem or simultaneous submission. No hate poems against anyone’s race, religion, creed, sexual orientation or gender. No excessive usage of four-lettered words. The closing date is December 15, 2010.
